The Firm:
This entrepreneurial practice are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor seeking Partnership, or a Partner seeking a lateral move, to join them in their Ipswich office as they continue to strengthen their foothold in the region.
This multi-service firm have built a reputation through being commercially minded, dynamic and going above and beyond for each of their clients, which include FTSE companies, property professionals, investors, developers, SMEs and HNW Individuals.
Despite now exceeding 100 members of staff across several offices, this firm has a real close-knit community feel throughout all departments, where things like flexible working and work from home are commonplace.
The Role:
This is a stand-out opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE to join a bustling practice, enriched with talent and expertise, with a view to heading up the department in the short-medium term.
The role will see you leading a team of junior fee-earners, dealing with a broad caseload including but not limited to; sales and purchases, landlord and tenant leases, SIPP purchases and leasebacks, and collective enfranchisement.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE.
- You will be confident in leading a team of junior fee-earners.
- You will have a proven ability to develop new business and a history of strong billings.
- You are able to manage your own caseload of matters alongside senior responsibilities.
