Job Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will get involved in a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including development, residential development, landlord and tenant and investment work.
- Provide a seamless service to the firm's clients who include PLC's, public sector bodies and private developers.
- Work closely with the legal team to deliver first-class legal advice
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients
- Support the Partners on larger transactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
- Trained with a regional, national or international law firm.
- Excellence in commercial property law and likely to have between 0-4 years PQE.
- Strong academics
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A connection to Sheffield.
