My client is a well-established Gloucester law firm currently looking for an ambitious commercial property solicitor or legal executive to join its commercial property team.
The role:
- Specific focus on sale and purchase of commercial property
- Taking and granting of leases
- Lease renewal
- Take an active role in marketing the department and building strong client relationships
Flexible hybrid working is offered, to combine remote working from home/office based.
