Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property and Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with the ability to handle a wide range of commercial legal matters. This role involves providing legal advice to a diverse clientele, managing transactions, and contributing to the firm's business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance.
- Advising on a range of commercial legal issues such as contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.
- Handling Business sales.
- Conducting legal research and providing clear, concise legal advice to clients.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documents.
- Representing clients in negotiations and transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Contributing to the firm's business development and networking activities.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 3 years of experience in commercial and commercial property law.
Skills and Attributes:
