Commercial Property Solicitor/ Associate - Peterborough Area
Due to significant growth within a busy Commercial Property department in the Peterborough area, Oculus Legal Group has been instructed on a number of Solicitor and Associate level opportunities.
The role:
Legal 500 ranked, the team advise developers, deal with the relocation requirements of businesses, acquisitions and disposals, a wide range of landlord and tenant issues, corporate support and refinancing.
The team traditionally act for many local farmers and landowners on the sale and purchase of land or on landlord/tenant issues also.
You will be:
- UK Qualified Solicitor (1- 6 PQE)
- Attention to detail and excellent time management
- Methodical approach to work
- First-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable.
