My client is based in beautiful Warwick town centre and is currently looking for a Commercial Property solicitor to bolster its team.
Your day to day caseload would include:
- Deeds of variation
- Grant and assignment
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Creating and renewing business leases for both landlord and tenants
- Overage agreements
