Position: Commercial Property Solicitor - NQ-5PQE
Location: Sheffield City Centre
Salary: £32,000 - £50,000

About the firm & role:
An excellent opportunity has become available with a prestigious mid-sized law firm in the heart of Sheffield who are seeking a commercial property solicitor to join the successful and experienced team.
This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor up to around 5 years PQE as the firms team have a strong breadth of experience to accommodate a wide array of experience levels.
With the firm continuing to grow and expand year upon year and some key hires over the past 12 months this is a great time to join the firm with opportunities for progression and development absolutely on the cards for the right individual.
You will be joining a firm known for its exceptional client service and its collaborative and inclusive culture.
The role will involve:
* Legal Expertise: Deliver comprehensive legal advice in commercial property matters, including transactions, leasing, financing, and development.
* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain robust relationships with a diverse client portfolio, ensuring alignment with their commercial goals.
* Case Handling: Efficiently manage a diverse caseload with a meticulous approach to detail and deadlines.
* Collaboration: Work in synergy with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
* Business Growth: Engage in activities aimed at expanding the firm's reach in the commercial property sector.
* Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance and professional ethics.

About you:
* Newly qualified solicitor upwards, ideally with commercial property experience at paralegal level and throughout your TC
* Expert Knowledge: A solid grasp of all facets of commercial property law.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in communication and negotiation.
* Problem-Solving: Proficient in addressing and resolving complex legal issues.
* Commercial Insight: Acute understanding of the commercial property market.
* Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to organize and prioritize workload.
