Commercial Property Solicitor - Path to Partner

Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside a regional Top 200 Yorkshire law firm who are looking for a senior commercial property solicitor to join their busy and expanding team.
This is a pathway to Partner as one of the senior members of the team looks to wind down into retirement over the next 1-2 years.
As a result a following is not required although a strong network and connections in the region would be expected.
Ideally this would be out of the firms Huddersfield office, although there is scope for this to be at other offices including Leeds.
This role would be perfect for a commercial property solicitor stuck in a large team, or next in line but with a long wait due to a young partner base where they currently are.
The work the team do is a broad mix of generalist commercial property matters from acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and development.
The clients really do vary from larger names to smaller regional and local clients.
There is a hybrid set up here too with lawyers splitting time between the office and remote (usually a 3/2 split).
The firm is going through an exciting period of growth with now over 270 staff members, a young partnership group starting to come through into the equity, and a great time for that 7-8 year + lawyer to take that next step in their career. There have been several senior and key hires come into the business at the start of 2024 and the future looks incredibly bright here.
Salary is competitive based on experience + benefits.
