Hours: Full-Time / Mon-Fri 08:45am to 5:00pm
Salary: Circa £60,000
Hawk-3 are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Executive in the Carterton area. The Commercial Sales Executive will be joining a high performing and busy team. The role is office based, located at their Carterton location.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain an agreed level of proactive telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers
- To achieve set revenue targets as outlined by Company Director and to generate pipeline business
- Provide effective account management of existing accounts in order to gain repeat business
- To assist in the development of products and target markets
- Ensure that all sales related intelligence is recorded accurately and made available to the wider
- Sales Team to ensure a coordinated and planned approach to follow-up
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities and forecast to Company Directors on a monthly basis
- To attend skills development training as arranged by Management Team.
- To assist / cover for other employees in various departments the event of high workload or absence
Person Profile:
- Experienced Sales professional
- Experience in commercial insurance sector (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, in both a verbal and written form
- A great team player and collaborator
- Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers
- Honest and trustworthy
- Professional, positive disposition
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate - Proficient in Excel & Word Format
Terms:
- Probationary period: 6 months
- Notice period is 4 working weeks.
- 23 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays
