About the Role:

They are seeking a driven and ambitious Associates/Senior Associates/Legal Directors with a minimum of 1 PQE to join its Commercial/IT team in Birmingham. In this role, you will:

– Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and IT matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance to clients.
– Collaborate closely with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
– Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

– Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1+ PQE in commercial and/or IT law.
– Strong academic credentials and a track record of success in handling complex legal matters.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
