Our client, a friendly City law firm, is based on the bank of the Thames, a short stroll from St Paul’s cathedral. The firm’s Commercial practice covers a wide range of areas, including Commercial (incorporating outsourcing, distribution, agency agreements etc), Technology, Intellectual Property licensing and acquisition, and Consumer law. There is now an opportunity for a junior Commercial lawyer who shares the firms ethos to join the team.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Qualified as a solicitor and gained between 1 and 3 years’ PQE in commercial/IP/Technology legal matters;
- An understanding of the value of a collaborative approach;
- A results-focused mentality, and genuine interest in the work you do for your clients; and
- Attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
