Location: England

Panoramic Associates have partnered up with a Local Authority to assist them with the recruitment of an Interim Commissioning Manager. This is initially a 6-month contract on a full-time basis and the position holder is expected to be on-site on a hybrid basis.

Key duties are:

  • Experienced Commissioning Manager
  • Experienced in Stakeholder Management and Relationship Management
  • Experienced in preparing agendas for various tasks.
  • Experienced in assisting different teams to achieve targeted goals.
  • Needs to have a breath of experience within Commissioning Children's Services.
  • Good Awareness of the commissioning cycle.
  • Strong and thorough experience with contract management.

An Ideal candidate for this position will consist of the following traits:

  • Good understanding of legislation's.
  • Hands-on commissioning experience.
  • Good understanding of the commissioning life cycle.
  • Experienced in working in a busy environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence: Being able to work and talk confidently.
  • A good balance of knowledge, skills, and experience.
