Communications Coordinator Marketing Delivery Job In Stoke On Trent

Who we are looking for

A Communications Coordinator, who will be responsible for implementing the delivery of large-scale, targeted marketing campaigns across both the sports and gaming products.

Working in a small team, you will assist in the maintenance of marketing schedules, ensuring the department can effectively meet the needs of our stakeholders and their marketing campaigns. Full training will be provided, allowing you to become an expert in the use of our marketing communications tools.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

• Keen eye for detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
• Highly adaptable in environments where requirements can change at short notice.
• Exceptional organisation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Operationally minded with the ability to work effectively in process driven environments.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Previous experience of using marketing communication tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Sending push notification, email, web message and SMS marketing communications to customers.
• Creating and maintaining global marketing schedules.
• Liaising with other marketing teams to ensure content is created and processed in line with agreed deadlines.
• Generating recipient lists, ensuring they are correct and compatible with our communication tools.
• Filtering data to create targeted groups of predefined customers.
• Testing customer communications in order to quality control and safeguard against errors.
• Assisting in the creation of processes to ensure a high standard of output is consistently maintained.
• Reporting on marketing campaigns to provide necessary and relevant analysis to stakeholders.
