Job Description

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to lead, design, implement and evaluate the internal communication at global level, in coordination with the Marketing and HR corporate, guaranteeing the correct transmission of messages through the use of effective channels, to promote a participatory and transparent culture and to strengthen the company's brand image.


Location: Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 at home, Lakeside, Chester Business Park, Cheshire, CH4 9QT

Description

• Bachelor in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or similar

• Native English speaker

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal communication channels and content creation.

• Develop editorial content and key corporate messages.

• Collaborate with Marketing and HR on communication projects.

• Identify information opportunities and needs.

• Coordinate visual and digital material production.

• Assist in employer branding strategy development.

• Organise internal corporate events with Marketing.

• Coordinate with external suppliers.

• Establish and measure communication metrics.

• Liaise with departments for communication campaigns.

• Provide communication support and advice.

• Plan, execute, and report CSR initiatives.

• Support employees in enhancing communication skills.
