Our client, a prestigious International law firm, is currently looking to hire a NQ-4 PQE Construction Litigation Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

The team handles disputes under all major forms of contracts. With a focus on mixed-use development schemes, build-to-rent investors, and public sector clients, our client's portfolio spans across diverse sectors, including significant infrastructure assets such as schools, hospitals, roads, rail, and waste-to-energy facilities.
The Role:
As a Construction Litigation Associate, you will advise major construction and infrastructure contractors, sub-contractors, employers, construction professionals, design consultants, recycling and energy companies, as well as PFI/PPP operating and construction contractors and project companies.
Your responsibilities will include navigating complex disputes, including delay, defects, payment claims, professional negligence claims, energy and recycling facility performance issues, and significant PFI/PPP claims.
The ideal candidate will be a NQ-4PQE UK qualified Solicitor with experience with construction and engineering, infrastructure, and energy sectors, coupled with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
