OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of non-contentious construction matters
• You will gain excellent exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from contractors and developers to public sector bodies; conducting complex and exciting work across large scale commercial developments, engineering, infrastructure and energy matters.
• The role requires a solid knowledge of drafting and negotiating NEC and NEC4 contracts and experience with relevant security requirements, funders and professional appointments.
• Committed to promoting the firm’s image in and out of the work place, a passion for business development is a necessity for this role.
