Role: Content Marketing Manager: 6 Months FTC

ROLE MISSION

As our Content Marketing Manager; you will work closely with our client – a major global tech/social platform. This role will sit within the client’s Global Business Marketing team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Provide support for business marketing efforts to build ‘always-on’ content deliverables under priority initiatives in EMEA e.g. written, video, audio 
  • Support creation of local content including relevant insights (for all channels - web, social, podcasts, events)
  • Support creation of strong client success stories and testimonials to amplify within priority programmes, across multiple formats/channels
  • Working closely with in-market teams to understand specific content requirements for activations, and build relevant templates
  • Close partnership with internal research and insights teams to understand the scope and timeline for relevant research and insights to build into content plans for each programme
  • Manage end-to-end process for content production and approval, including required legal/comms approvals and design.
  • Be a point of contact for general marketing operations and programme inquiries from the team and managers.
  • Working with XFN teams to identify opportunities to cross pollinate content across different activities.
  • Creation of op-eds to extend the life and market/remarket flagship content, reports and insights
  • Assist programme owner with internal comms strategy for key launch moments
  • Work closely with comms to identify opportunities to seed programme content into external opportunities
  • Building out templates for 'always-on' content across programmes, e.g. using regional core narrative as a starting point and adapt for event talking points, video content, media partnership content, op-ed drafts etc 
  • Coordination of full content plan for each priority programme, including working with Creative + Digital team counterparts on delivering assets to required deadlines 
  • Ownership of supporting content plans for web and social channels
  • Coordination of comms to relevant internal stakeholders

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing/production or journalism in a fast-paced media/tech environment. 
  • Experience in developing editorial and content strategy and work across integrated marketing programmes.
  • Experience with communicating across teams, locations, and organisations, including non-technical audiences.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to work through ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience presenting ideas and gathering feedback with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
