Contentious Probate Solicitor NQ + PQE

This top 200 UK Law firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join the well-established team. The Contentious Probate team are known for providing an impressive level of legal advice. In this team there are two well regarded partners with established client bases. They both specialise in a range of contentious probate matters including administration disputes, burial disputes, inheritance disputes, will validity claims/disputes and more.
Within this role you would be responsible for a broad case load of contentious probate matters including claims under the Inheritance Act, claims challenging the validity of a Will and handling Executor and Trustees disputes.
Ideally you will have experience of running a purely contentious probate case load, but the team are also open to someone who has experience of managing a litigated case load that includes contentious probate matters.
