iO Associates are proud to partner with a well-established FMCG Manufacturer who are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their site in Rochdale. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the company and help shape the CI culture at the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play an important role in enhancing the production processes, and ensuring efficiency and quality. You will be responsible leading CI projects, data and analysis, and the implementation of CI Techniques and tools.
You will need:
- Six Sigma belt
- Knowledge of GMP
- Experience working within a FMCG manufacturer
- 3+ years working within a similar role
- Strong understanding and implementation of Lean methodology
In return for this, you will receive a salary of up to £50,000, alongside some great benefits such as 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays!), pension contribution and Medicash.
