It regularly acts for FTSE 100 clients, a diverse range of banks and financial institutions, as well as some of the firm’s Corporate and Property clients when they seek loans.
The team acts nationwide and really excels in Real Estate Finance, Corporate Banking, derivatives, Asset Finance, and Structured Finance to name a few.
Their Finance practice is comprehensive, covering the entire product range of their major lender clients.
You will work on a diverse range of banking transactions, including:
* Leveraged finance
* Real estate finance
* Corporate debt
* Asset-based lending You will collaborate with colleagues who are recognised as top-notch in the legal industry.

* Experienced in transactional finance across various banking and finance laws
