This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate-level corporate commercial solicitor at a well-established Cheltenham law firm with a strong corporate department.
Your profile
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 PQE
- Strong experience advising in corporate law, including agreements, articles of association, LLPs and partnerships
- Good drafting skills for commercial contracts
