Firm
A leading, entrepreneurial City law firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join them.
You will join a Legal 500 leading department led by Partners with extensive experience working on UK and international transactions.
Role
You will advise on private and public M&A, corporate finance and venture capital. The team handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters advising on deals up to £100m. The majority of the work will be in corporate law but you will also be drafting and advising on commercial agreements. The team are particularly active in the leisure, retail & fashion, media & publishing and food & beverages sectors.
You
You will have at least 2 years PQE and experience in corporate law is essential and some experience advising on commercial law would be useful.
