Join a leading Legal 500 practice based in mid Kent, looking to expand their immensely successful corporate/commercial department, with the recruitment of a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer.
The Role:
As the new Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you'll join a progressive department dealing with a variety of quality work. Acting for a broad range of clients, your work will be varied and interesting, concerning both corporate (corporate transactional, M&A, restructures etc...) and commercial work (commercial contracts, IP/IT etc...).
About You:
The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally with at least 2 years PQE in corporate transactional work.
