Are you a corporate lawyer looking for that next step up in your career? Our client, a forward thinking and innovative boutique legal practice, is looking to appoint a corporate lawyer at the associate/senior associate/director level. The role will involve dealing with existing clients across the full spectrum of corporate legal work, building on and developing relationships with these clients, as well as forging new client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for more responsibility and autonomy, whilst enjoying full support of the management team. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 Yrs PQE, have a solid, technical corporate law background, be comfortable interacting with clients and taking the lead in corporate transactions.
