We have been instructed by our client, a highly regarded global law firm, to seek a corporate real estate associate to join their expanding London based team. This is an exciting time to join this growing team, and a great opportunity to get involved in a varied workload working on multi-million pound deals.
The role involves advising the firm’s blue-chip clients on a range of corporate real estate matters with a particular focus on hotels, hospitality, and wealth sectors. These matters include advising on the sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts and other organisations which own interests in real estate investments and developments, advising on joint ventures, and more.
The successful candidate will be England and Wales qualified with 3-5 years’ PQE at a recognised transactional legal practice in the UK, with experience of M&A transactions especially in the real estate sector. It’s desirable for the candidate to have experience in leisure and hospitality sector. They will also have an excellent academic background and a stable career background.
