We are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a busy In-house Legal department.
We have numerous roles available (of varying seniority) therefore applicants with 2-10+ post qualification experience will be accepted. No prior in-house experience required!
Duties will include
- This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and team-orientated dynamic, undertaking a wide variety of work including;
- Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Corporate governance activity
- Internal restructurings and advice on legislative compliance.
The successful candidate
- Hiring Criteria:
- You have a proven background in advising on corporate and general commercial law matters, preferably with experience in the FM industry, and gained either in-house or in private practice.
- You are an English law qualified solicitor with up to date technical knowledge and experience in at least one of the following practice areas: general commercial; corporate; intellectual property; data protection; commercial litigation/dispute resolution.
- You have the ability to build strong relationships and the capability to influence senior management.
- You have the forte to handle high levels of pressure working in a fast-paced organisation.
- You will be pragmatic and commercially astute as well being good communicators to provide effective support to senior management and the wider business.
