Corporate Solicitor/ Legal Executive – Lincoln - Legal 100 Law Firm-4+ PQE- Hybrid Working

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a legal 500 recognised Corporate team based in Lincoln. My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 4+PQE years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Corporate matters, who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.
What we need you to do:
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience handling a diverse caseload corporate legal matters including private company share and asset purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder and investment agreements, share schemes and general corporate governance and company secretarial work.
The Role
To work closely with the directors and junior members of staff on various corporate matters;
Lead transactions and negotiate and advise clients on a variety of matters, including share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements and various commercial contracts;
Manage your own client portfolio with the support of the directors and junior members of staff and win new clients through internal and external networking and marketing;
Oversee and assist with training and development responsibilities for junior members of staff.
What is on Offer
Salary £60,000 - £85,000
