The team has plenty of work and is a key focus of investment within the firm as it seeks to enlarge its commercial footprint – so you will have lots of opportunities to progress to Associate and beyond, with Partnership on the cards in the future.
You’ll work alongside a highly respected Legal 500 corporate partner, supported by two more junior corporate fee earners, on a caseload largely consisting of acquisitions, group reorganisations and MBOs. This makes this role a fantastic learning opportunity for someone at this level who wants a bright and high-flying career but doesn’t want to work in a corporate environment.
The firm has tonnes of personality and is making waves in the legal market and has recently undergone a full rebrand, reflecting its non-traditional, fun and disruptive approach to delivering top-class legal services.
It therefore comes as no surprise that the firm has embraced hybrid working and you’ll be able to work from home for part of the week, spending the rest of your time at the firm’s fresh, fun and collaborative offices.
On joining, you’ll be put onto a progression programme and be supported to grow your skills through internal and external training (technical and commercial skills) and ‘Power Hours’ with senior figures in the business.
