Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking to recruit a corporate solicitor with c. 1-4 years’ PQE to join their corporate team in Edinburgh.

The team advise on a range of Scottish, UK and international transactions, including complex acquisitions and disposals, venture capital and private equity, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations and general corporate and commercial work.

To be considered for this role you will need to have gained 1-4 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally working on cross-border transactions for a broad client base. You will need to be a motivated individual who is keen to develop quickly and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent skills in communication, client relations, and team-working.
