We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Corporate Tax Manager role with a leading firm in London.

This is proven by their single digit losses over the course of the last few years, as well as a Manager and Senior Manager coming back to the team after stints in industry or a few years in another firm.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, including both compliance and advisory projects.
- Have a voice! Help improve the procedures and operations of the department by collaborating with the senior leadership.
- Report directly to the Director and Partners to lead multiple projects, driving standards and excellence within the department.
- The team punches well above its Top 10 peers with it’s client base and will offer you projects in; Transactions and Due-Diligence advice, Anti-Hybrid Reviews, CIRs, Transfer Pricing, Country by Country reporting, SAOs, and other Tax Governance advice.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth and contributing to the overall improvement of the team.
- Collaborate with international clients, providing expert tax advice and solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate tax
- ACA or CTA Qualified
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, career-focused, and driven, with a passion for learning and taking on new challenges.
