OVERVIEW:
• This leading firm is actively looking to expand their lifetime planning area, in particular the Court of Protection (CoP), deputyship and protection of vulnerable adults offering.
• Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this area of law.
• You will have experience of preparing all types of standard application to the CoP including statutory Wills and complex applications, advising on how care can be funded and organised, to include benefit entitlement and advising and negotiating on eligibility for NHS continuing healthcare funding.
• Experience of general private client experience would be beneficial
• You will have outstanding inter personal and communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and the skills and an enthusiasm to grow and develop this niche area of work.
