Court of Protection Solicitor / Associate

TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor / Associate to join a leading team at one of the regions well respected firms. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to build a team in time and take ownership of the department in time.
Their highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced COP Solicitor; a minimum of 4 years PQE.
The work is interesting and varied involving initial applications for the appointment of Deputyships to the administration of the client’s property and finances, which frequently involves many different areas of law, which can include an international dimension, applications to the Court of protection, statutory Wills and dealing with complicated family dynamics and disputes. It also involves making applications for LPA’s and administering LPA’s.
Looking for a person with:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communications skills with an ability to explain complex areas of law in a simple and coherent way.
- Attention to detail
