Our client is a well known international law firm, with a global presence and a workforce of over 3000. They are looking for a Credit Hire NQ/Solicitor to join their Liverpool team, the team has grown substantially over the last few months due to internal promotions.
Job Description
As a Credit Hire NQ/Solicitor your duties will include:
- Manage and maintain a caseload of credit hire files
- Prepare court bundles and legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties
- Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the clients
- Conduct comprehensive legal research
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Provide legal advice to clients on credit hire matters
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Hire NQ/Solicitor should have between 0-4 PQE experience in credit hire work. Ideally our client is looking for a candidate with experience of credit hire work - ideally from a Defendant perspective but our client is open to candidates with Claimant experience.
