Job Description
- Plan and execute CRM strategies across the company to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Implement customer segmentation strategies to deliver more targeted and personalised messaging.
- Work closely with the Digital team to ensure CRM strategies align with the overall digital marketing goals.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform.
- Analyse customer behaviour and adjust email and messaging campaigns accordingly.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CRM Executive should have:
- Proven experience in a CRM role, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
