Role specific details

You will be joining the Fleek Growth Team. As a data-driven CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to drive usage and activation of the demand-side of our marketplace through effective automated, personalized, and segmented marketing. Your role will involve utilizing data & analytics to develop strategies that target buyers with the right content at the right time. You will also be responsible for building segmentation and messaging strategies based on lifecycle, user behavior, product uptake, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, content, BI, and other marketing team members. Additionally, you will leverage MarTech tools to automate processes and facilitate growth in both retention and acquisition.

  • Building and optimizing key customer journeys for onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Creating and managing a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across various channels, including in-app, push notifications, email, and SMS.
  • Evaluating and setting-up of marketing technologies such as MoEngage, Braze, Klaviyo
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from the Product, Data, and Marketing teams to strategize and achieve engagement and retention goals. Developing monthly/quarterly marketing plans to meet these objectives.
  • Developing a comprehensive marketing approach to handle customer lifecycle campaigns across owned/native channels.
  • Utilizing data to gain insights into the product conversion and engagement funnel, and using this information to design effective marketing campaigns.
  • Taking full ownership of campaigns from ideation to execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards/reports at the channel, cohort, or campaign level.
  • Implementing new CRM automation and personalization solutions.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and generating innovative ideas for engagement marketing.

You need to be a creative, innovative and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard working resellers and stores. Being able to build a marketing engine that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role! You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

  • Must have at least 4 years of practical experience in Campaign management/Retention Marketing using platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, OneSignal, etc.
  • Experience in segmentation and targeting is required.
  • Prior experience in the fashion, e-commerce, or fast-growing startup industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle large volumes of data from various sources using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, and effectively transform it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace business is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL is desired.
