Do you get excited by working on cutting-edge Computer Vision models to bring Artificial Intelligence applications to the next level? We are expandingour team with a Customer Engineer Embedded Programming to help customers deploy and optimize their models for our state-of-the-artneural-network acceleratorchip.Your work will bridge the gap between various computer vision applications (security camera, drone, retail, robotics, etc.), deep learning acceleration, and the products of our customers.

Your role

Your role will mainly include the following:

- Help customers solve application-level problems by mapping their applications to our application framework and by optimizing the pre-, intermediate- and post-processing associated with the neural network applications

- Understanding and applying our software tools to optimize deep learning applications so they run efficiently on our chip

- Build application pipelines for AI applications using our SDK

- Communicating your results to team members and costumers

Your profile

- At least 5 years of experience with Python

- At least 5 years of experience with Pytorch

- A strong understanding of and experience with GStreamer is a plus

- Experience with efficiently implementing (in C++, OpenGL) functions (typical pre- and post-processing in neural networks) on different hardware platforms (Intel, ARM, NVidia etc.) is a plus

- Problem-solving mindset, capable of debugging and patching software issues

- Fluent English

- You are a team player and you are also able to autonomously plan and perform tasks

- You have a strong sense of responsibility and want to realize high ambitions

Location

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from or relocate near an Axelera AI office (Leuven in Belgium, Eindhoven in the Netherlands, Zurich in Switzerland, Milan in Italy or Bristol in the United Kingdom) or work fully remotely from any European country.
