Job Description
We are working with an award winning 5* housebuilder who are renowned for their product differential and market share within the Essex and Suffolk areas. Reporting into the Head of Customer Service, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to manage new and existing customers across 2 volume projects.
You will be heavily involved in all aspects of the customer journey from inspection through to defects and will ideally bring a background in housing.
