Location: Loughton, East London

Requirements: Monday – Friday / 8:30 am – 5 pm and 9:30 am – 6 pm shifts


About the role:


Never Fully Dressed, the brand known for bold prints in statement colours, creative styling and inclusive sizing are looking for a full-time online Customer Service Advisor to join the team.


We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a natural flair for multitasking.

The candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.


Responsibilities:

  • Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media
  • Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift
  • Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat
  • Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries
  • Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets
  • Assisting management with daily tasks
  • Making decisions on problems raised
  • Responding to customer reviews


Candidate requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
  • Looking to grow within the customer service department
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for style and can offer styling advice to customers
  • A team player who is happy to support colleagues and work together to ensure

the smooth running of the department

  • Good decision-making skills
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Multitasking, ensuring multiple channels are covered and responded to
  • Flexibility around shift pattern
