Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Lead DAO governance efforts:
    • Monitor all major DAO governance forums for opportunities to contribute
    • Contribute to the DAO forums and representing AGF as a delegate where appropriate
    • Attend delegate meetings & calls, asking questions and showing proactiveness
    • Identify key governance actors and building internal profiles for each
    • Networking and building strong relationships within the DAO community
    • Provide periodic updates to the wider team on major DAO developments, including new proposals and active votes
    • Identify revenue opportunities for Avantgarde in advisory or treasury management.
  • Own a specific opportunity segment to prospect, profile, and uncover new opportunities across the firm’s solutions.
  • Contact and prospect potential opportunities and partners through outbound sales efforts.
  • Handle existing client relationships within the firm, to grow revenues and expand the firm’s market share.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and advance the sales process with existing opportunities.
  • Deliver thought leadership and move opportunities through a well-thought-out sales cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling efforts across key products.
  • Think entrepreneurially about your clients and explore business opportunities within your mandate.
  • Continuously manage the territory using our CRM to keep sales activity, pipeline, and success metrics up to date.
  • Build use cases for Avantgarde (and Enzyme) with an understanding of how clients use and implement our strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver the best of Avantgarde Finance to our clients.

You will be expected to work remotely in a team setting and in alignment with company goals and strategy.
