About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the new data function within the company as they look to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and efficiencies. Your

key responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Provide meaningful insights into KPIs and business trends
• Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders to aid decision making processes
• Ensure integrity and reliability of datasets
• Uncover hidden patterns, trends & opportunities
• Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that align with the company’s growth plans

Key Requirements

• 1+ year experience
• Power BI/DAX
• Advanced Excel
• SQL
• Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management

Desirable Skills

• Azure

• ETL
• Power Automate
• Python
• Insurance/Finance experience
