We are looking for a receptionist nurse who wants to join our team in Glasgow. We're building a best-in-class consumer healthcare brand and are looking for outgoing, compassionate individuals with an interest in being part of our growth. You'll learn our product and processes inside and out, answering customer questions about dental implants and how we can help them
Responsibilities as a Receptionist: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have Provide first visit forms to the new patients Email and social media control and responding to messages. Update patients' files and provide monthly treatments and quotation feedback. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine, and a computer Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed Maintain the general office filing system Provide the customers with the correct documentation
Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong phone skills Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance Excellent interpersonal skills Punctual with strong attendance historyApart from these responsibilities, being a dental nurse will be taken into consideration.
