Job Description

Overall

Whilst we are building our internal creative capabilities, one thing that will remain is we are a small entrepreneurial team - sleeves are rolled up and we have a challenger mentality. We do, we don't float. We help one another and have a can-do spirit. And we get a thrill out of the challenge - there will be problems, the only question is how we think around them!

/ Develop strategically sound creative across packaging and digital platforms, with an impeccably articulate presentation of your creative direction

/ Understand the power of packaging instore and online to attract the consumer and embody brand equity.

/ Come up with big ideas, but even more importantly, your strength is when you execute them - this means you not only have a vision, you know how to bring it to life

/ Get a kick out of being on-brand, on-time and on-budget

/ Lead inspiring and productive brainstorms, concept development, and design execution to craft compelling visual stories and assets across platforms

/ Lead multiple photo shoots; crazy organizational skills in pre-pro, on set, and post; constant communication with producers and project management to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

/ Build and manage toolboxes for global market deployment; clearly laying out all assets and how to use them in multiple workstreams

/ Manage web designers for screens of all shapes and sizes, as well as provide creative direction to agency partners

/ Produce global design guidelines for all third parties - internal and external

/ Come up with big ideas, but even more importantly, your strength is when you execute them - this means you not only have a vision, you know how to bring it to life

/ Collaborate with marketing partners (internal and external) to strengthen creative briefs and overall process

/ International travel required

In-House Responsibilities

/ in store packaging / define brand- design architecture depending on brand / create mockups / concept and photoshoot for digital / concept and photoshoot for key visual (for instore use and digital) / define guidelines for assets

Agency Partnership Responsibilities

/ website design / display design / video asset creation

Qualifications

/ Positive energy and a curious nature

/ 10-15 years design experience with managerial experience

/ Ability to develop creative strategy across various platforms, and contribute to briefs

/ Self-starter, passionate and collaborative team player who can roll up their sleeves

/ Sense of accountability; deliver on promises and take responsibility for actions

/ Strong photo shoot art direction, with conceptual storytelling

/ Managerial experience with ability to inspire team of designers and copywriters

/ Organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and shoots under tight timelines

/ Proficient in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

/ Knowledge of Keynote is a plus
