A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a IT Systems Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer to join our Norwich based client on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
* Microsoft 365
* Windows Server
* Network Knowledge, IP, Internet connectivity
* Excellent problem solving
* Windows Desktop
* Customer service skills
* Full driving License
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver 2nd Line diagnosis and resolution, maintaining a high level of 1st time fixes.
* Manage systems.
* To install and maintain IT systems in line with specifications, to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met, and that systems are fully secure
* Assists with specified maintenance procedures.
* Working as part of the team to help meet KPI's and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure all documentation system up to date.
