Leaders in Care UK has partnered with one of the top providers of renal care in the UK to help recruit a dedicated Dialysis Nurse for one of their facilities based in Colchester. This full-time dialysis nursing role comes with a salary of up to £32,500 plus a starting bonus of £3,000 and fantastic benefits.
As a skilled and attentive Dialysis Nurse, you will provide care to patients undergoing treatment as per their individualised care plans. You will also ensure adequate delivery of care and maintain up-to-date patient records. Working hours for this position are day shifts only, no nights.
In your first few weeks in this Dialysis Nurse role, you can expect to:
Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems in line with the standard company process and carry out pre-and post-treatment assessments
Identify any issues or concerns, act accordingly, and advocate for patients' needs and their families
Complete ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior team
To apply for this dialysis nursing job, you will need to be a Registered RGN with an NMC PIN and have experience working in an acute setting. You will also require a willingness to undergo training and support your personal development. In addition, you should be a caring and compassionate nurse with excellent attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team is also essential.
In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a salary of £26,000-£32,500 plus a £3K starting bonus and the following benefits:
