We are seeking a Conversational Designer to join our team for a short-term engagement with LSEG. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with LSEG business and IT workstream leads to design conversational flows for the implementation of Salesforce Chatbot across various platforms including Help & Support websites, desktop and web-based products, and eCommerce sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with LSEG stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives for the Chatbot implementation.

Design conversational flows that effectively address user inquiries and support tasks across different channels and platforms.

Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of conversational designs into the Salesforce Chatbot framework.

Conduct usability testing and iterate on conversational designs based on user feedback and performance analytics.

Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for conversational design and user experience optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in conversational design, ideally within the context of chatbots or virtual assistants.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with Salesforce Chatbot or similar conversational AI platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
