Let's talk about the day job
As the go-to marketer in charge of digital, you’ll be familiar with our audiences at a granular level. Our HubSpot CRM is choc-full of useful insights and it’ll be your job to unlock those, segmenting, reporting, and tracking leads at all stages of the funnel.
You’ll work with the team on established campaigns like the Podcast - Igniting Change and craft new ways to create noise and get us noticed across digital platforms.
As the subject expert for digital marketing, you’ll be immersed in the whole commercial operation at Cube in the USA and UK markets. You’ll be supporting the client success team to unlock new insights, make new connections and ultimately win new business for Cube so we can keep our mission to change millions of lives, going.
What we're looking for
Digital smarts - likely 3-4 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
Campaign delivery - Implementing the digital marketing plan and campaigns to create disruption, cement reputation, and position 3SC in key global markets.
CRM Management - Ownership of HubSpot at Super-Admin level including tracking, lead attribution and workflow creation. Good knowledge of data governance & privacy best practices.
Brand and audience engagement - through paid and organic digital campaigns across search and social platforms.
Planning, scheduling, and reviewing digital marketing campaigns and their supporting media assets, making adjustments to keep us on target.
Client acquisition - support sales to devise strategy through research, segmentation and targeting customers across global markets.
Social Media Marketing - Creating targeted, dynamic campaigns to drive new customer acquisition.
Podcast marketing - getting more eyes and ears on our award-winning long-form content, increasing reach through micro-content and platform optimisation.
Executing email campaigns - for internal marketing, sales engagement, client onboarding and internal campaigns.
Events and networking programme support - delegate acquisition, ticket sales and attendance in person as required
Evaluate and review digital marketing activity, content engagement & campaign performance against targets (ROI and KPIs).
Website Content management - tracking landing page conversion rates and suggesting continuous technical improvements that increase engagement and lead generation.
SEO Analysis - driving SEO performance to improve the company's organic position and discoverability through search engines and key directories.
AI & emerging tech - an open mind to lean into new technologies and adopt the best & most useful into department workflows.
