Job Description
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in producing SEM strategies driving leads and/or revenue, across Search, Display and Paid Social Media, including Remarketing
Hands-on experience creating PPC and Paid Social campaigns (including Remarketing)
Experience creating and implementing successful lead generationcampaigns via SEM
Experience in building successful conversion campaigns via SEM, ie: free/paid event/training attendees etc
Knowledge and experience of implementing tracking conventions, i.e consistent UTMs, source/medium etc
Conducting keyword research, assessing competitiveness and CPC
Experience using GA4, interpreting traffic metrics and identifying owned campaigns
Ability to consistently optimise SEM campaigns at key junctures, ensuring creatives and targeting remain highly relevant and effective
Experience in creatingweekly and monthly SEM trackers for circulation to key stakeholders, with commentary on channel performance, analysis and suggested optimisations
Experience in analysing site traffic and channel performance, and recommending improvements
Ability to effectively track and manage SEM budgets across all owned campaigns
Staying up-to-date with latest SEM tools, platforms and important algorithm changes
Detail orientated - proofing copy, creatives and targeting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
