TSR Legal are proud to be working with a specialist law firm, with offices in Gloucestershire, who are highly regarded within the rural property and the agricultural sector. The firm have a brand-new opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor 3 + PQE to join their team.
The firm’s client base includes institutional landowners & private clients, traditional landed estates, farming businesses, landlords & tenants,
You will be able to demonstrate a strong civil litigation background, specialising in property disputes. Knowledge of agricultural and residential tenancies or contentious trusts/probate is an advantage, but not essential. You will be used to working as part of a team, but with the ability to think and work independently, to manage your own files and to develop your relationships with clients.
You will have the opportunity to advance your career and professional reputation, working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be part of the litigation team, made up of eight lawyers, but you will work with colleagues across the firm’s professional disciplines.

Location:
Rural Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Cotswolds but within easy commuting distance of Bristol, the firm act for clients throughout England & Wales.
