This fantastic opportunity will allow the successful candidate to really make the role their own and they will have the opportunity to work on a range of matters including: Property and Land disputes Building and Construction disputes Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant work Contentious Trust & Probate and Inheritance Act Claims Negligence disputes Partnership disputes The Ideal Candidate: A range of Solid Litigation experience Ideally 3–5-year PQE Ability to develop rapport with Clients and deliver excellent Client service Experience in Business Development would be advantageous.
