The role will involve advising commercial/corporate clients, public bodies, local authorities and private individuals on the resolution of disputes in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and at FAIs and utilising ADR methods. Applicants must have experience in personal injury and commercial litigation, be client focused and will ideally be around two years post qualified.
